The 26-inch shelves come with an opening on the right or left. The opening allows the cat to progress through the shelf where three or four shelves intersect.

Right and Left refer to whether the opening is closer to your right hand or your left hand when the opening is placed against the wall as shown in the picture.

Along with the accompanying carpet pad, each shelf comes with one end-bracket and a second pair of U-clips for connecting the shelf to the other shelves.

You can also build-up your own kit with the individual shelves by opting for an extra end-bracket. Additional end-brackets are available if your design calls for them.

There is a 7-shelf minimum per order. When using individual shelves to extend/expand a complete kit, you can purchase as few as 1 more individual shelf. If building-up your own kit, you must select a minimum of 7 individual shelves.
